My experience at TeamSport Mitcham was extremely disappointing. I was assigned Kart 26 for two races. The steering was exceptionally stiff and difficult to turn. Driving the kart required so much force that I developed severe pain in my hand and forearm during the session. I reported the issue to staff while I was still at the venue. They gave me ice packs for my hand, which shows they were aware I was in pain. Despite this, I was not given a replacement kart and had to continue with the same one. After qualifying, the grid was reversed and I was assigned Kart 12. The difference was immediate. Kart 12 was smooth, responsive and easy to drive. This confirmed to me that the problem was with Kart 26, not my driving. The pain continued after I left. I was left with bruising and internal bleeding to my hand and forearm. I have photographs of the injuries. To make matters worse, the onboard camera I paid for had no battery, so I received no video of my races. The staff were polite, welcoming and friendly throughout my visit, and I appreciate their attitude. My complaint is about the condition of the kart and how the issue was handled after I reported it. When I contacted TeamSport afterwards, the response focused on the waiver I had signed rather than addressing my concerns about Kart 26 or explaining whether the kart had been inspected. I hope TeamSport gives greater attention to kart maintenance and takes customer safety concerns more seriously.

Such a fun experience! I’m not a big fan of racing but I genuinely enjoyed my time here so much that I definitely want to go back when I can. Big thank you to Wael, Hamza, Habib, Dantes and Bree for making our time there so much better!

The team here are amazing and always ensure we have such a good time - very accommodating to our additional needs and even working around our friend who was running late - thank you so much! We come here a lot and the team are always so kind - particular shoutout to Brianna, Hamza and Jarrell who genuinely are always so smiley when we see them! We also witnessed some tricky customers yesterday and the team dealt with it so professionally and kindly - I don’t know how they kept so professional!

My son is in the Race Academy just over a year now. The Academy and its staff are committed to providing a nurturing environment for the young aspiring drivers. The facilities are well maintained. Restaurant food are excellent. Karishma, Ry, Noah and the rest of the team goes above and beyond in bringing out the best from each driver. Thank you

We went as a group from work. 10 of us. We had such a great time. There's is a training and safety session which takes a bit of time. But it's important. Snd you get a 15 min break between races. To charge car up again. Staff were great and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back again.
