Race petrol engine karts on an outdoor track with expert tuition, specially adapted karts for all abilities, and membership opportunities for ages 8-18.

Right Track Project offers an exciting outdoor go-karting experience for children and young people aged 8 and above. The venue provides petrol engine karts on a dedicated track, combining the thrill of racing with practical and educational opportunities. All karts feature fully adjustable seats and pedals with full body wrap-around bumpers to ensure safety for younger and less experienced drivers. The project caters to various needs with multiple program options. 'Just Drive' sessions accommodate groups of up to 16 young people for one or two-hour experiences, ideal for schools and first-time drivers. The Karting Club is split into Junior (ages 8-13) and Senior (ages 13-18) categories, meeting regularly during term time and school holidays, allowing members to develop skills through expert tuition, competitive racing, and social development. As an inclusive venue, Right Track Project actively welcomes young people with disabilities, employing specially adapted karts and experienced staff to ensure everyone can participate. Beyond driving, the Pitstop program engages local youth in mechanical maintenance, event organization, and volunteering opportunities, providing mentorship and AQA accredited training in mechanics and marshalling. Booking is required for all sessions. Safety equipment is provided, and the experienced team offers guidance on racing techniques, control, and track safety.

A great experience for boys aged 9-11. We went as a group of 14 and it was throughly enjoyable. We had 2 hours on the track and managed to race twice each. I would definitely recommend for families, youth groups, school trips.

The place is tidy and the organisation of the place are good, But when I called them and asked about the activities, they were not clear on the prices and ages. I booked for 9 people and upon arrival I was told that an hour for 4 people is 255 pounds .And honestly I think an hour for children is considered unhealthy for them. In the comments it says it's for adults and when I arrived they said no it's only for children! We contacted the manager and he understood the issue and agreed that it would be half the time and each person would be 25 pounds on the condition that payment is made in cash!!! My children enjoyed it but I will not repeat the experience in the same place.

Great place to go go-karting! My friend comes here every Saturday and she said she wants a friend to be with so now I go with her! The karts were very easy to control but the only thing about it, is when its wet, you can slip round this corner here:
