Pit crew of Nathan and Daniel took great care of our first timers tonight. Explained clearly and coached them through a couple of issues. They loved it and want to return.

Brilliant experience. All the staff was very helpful, very patient with one of the boys who went as his first time. They had a wonderful time that we booked to go again in a few days :)

Absolutely brilliant and the staff were so helpful and friendly, only downside was we were there for nearly 3 hours for a 30 min track time so maybe there should be other things to do while waiting.

Manager Becky was brilliant 🤩 She was very professional and friendly throughout. One of the kids couldn’t fit in the kart, but she did everything she could to accommodate and made sure we were looked after. She clearly explained all the rules and insurance limitations, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone. There’s plenty of space for spectators, which is great if you’ve got family watching. Just make sure you remember to enter your car registration when parking. Would definitely recommend.

If you go during the colder months, wrap up. We wish we'd have taken a thick jumper for over the top of our t-shirts, because we were absolutely freezing 🙈🙈🙈 Not just on the track, but in the bar, the foyer, and the changing rooms- you could literally see your own breath 😳 Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon! It's a very good little activity for us Stokies. I'd recommend the bounce back vouchers, that give 50% off your next visit. For a couple, like us it's a £40 saving. All the staff were pleasant and friendly. John especially stood out as a bit of a legend 🤘🏼 Full of energy, smiley, and genuinely just seemed buzzing to be there 😂 There were some staff trackside who were also really lovely. They ask you if you're ok, and check you're ready, with eye contact. Most young employees nowadays can't look you in the eye and have already walked away from you before you can open your mouth to reply 😅🙈 So, it was really refreshing that the staff were so polite and helpful ☺️🩷🙏🏼 We had a great time, and will return soon to use our bounce back vouchers 🤘🏼
