Here on a Friday evening! Been ignored by 2 young female workers while having the call warning on our screens as there was a problem with the lane we were on! Other than that drinks are really nice and they are quick when ordered online.

Party hosts need a smile and red bull. Had my daughter party here on sunday 8th Feb. Staff looked like they wanted to be anywhere than where they were, they didn't really engage with the children, would have been better having a party host for each party rather than 3 for the combined party lanes. I think the way that party games and food etc is planned needs to be reviewed too, it was very messy! Happy to be contacted for improvement points. Daughter and friends had a nice time and thankfully because of my input they enjoyed themselves, but I shouldn't have to step up for the party hosts/staff who are paid to do that role. Even the party hosts said they were miserable because it was early on a sunday morning - didnt you know what your role would entail on the day you're working??

Yet another lovely visit to Tenpin Telford! Neetu the Manager was very understanding and accommodating with our allergen /dietary requirements, particularly with our little boy and his fussy eating! Laura and Daisy were also amazing with their superb service, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Thank you to you all for everything yesterday. Wishing you all a lovely Xmas and see you again in the new year! :)

We had my daughter's birthday party recently. They were very well organised, the staff was amazing, very friendly and the kids loved the party.

This was a superb venue for bowling, with a large counter ran by friendly staff who checked us in for our booking right away! They were kind enough to allow us to wait longer when my friend went outside and plenty of bowls are available for games, blue design across is stylish. The pins lit up purple is a nice ending touch, scoreboards are really good too!
