My son and I visited today in the extreme heat, and I can honestly say we had a wonderful time. We loved the mix of retro machines, racing arcades, and VR. I think even non-gamers could find something to enjoy. The main reason for the five stars has to be Sarah, who helped us with the VR. She was just fantastic, I can’t say enough great things about her. Her interactions with my son were incredible and really made our visit special. You’ve gained customers for life. Thanks again!

We took my partner’s son and his friend (along with my partner’s two daughters) to the Arcade Warehouse today and had a fantastic time. The children really enjoyed themselves, and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The venue is packed with games everywhere you look, and our favourites were the VR games. Highly recommend! A special shout out to Georgie, she was very helpful and always had a smile on her face. It’s a great idea if anyone is looking for a birthday activity. Two hours was the perfect amount of time, and the food and drinks were fairly priced.

Great experience for the price, and the two hour window seems the perfect amount of time as all the times I've been I've felt done within ten minutes of the session ending; the only qualm is that on busier days there is often limited access to the popular machines as there is only one of each and you can end up waiting a while for one machine / type of game, but there's normally enough options otherwise to fill those times

First time visiting after our son asked to do "something fun". The lady who greeted us was lovely, like she knew us. After asking all of us if we had been before, she focused on explaining to our son (who is 5) what the place was all about which I thought was a really nice touch. The range of games was really good, the 2 hour time slot could be abit tight if you wanted to play VR, have a game of pool and try some of the traditional games but for us it was perfect. Good range of refreshments facilities. As a person who has an ostomy bag, I was impressed with the toilets which had ample area for me to lay out my supplies and equipment whilst changing and cleaning up We will definitely go back.
