Went to The BIG Sheep for a small music festival; was very well organised with two good sized bars, a few food options and not too long of a wait between acts. Easy and free to park in the overflow carpark, only a few minutes walk to the entrance. Easy to leave later on too. As to be expected, you can’t bring in your own food and drink (and that is checked) - you can bring chairs though and the space in front of the stage goes uphill so you can get a good view from pretty much anywhere. Recommend seeing some live music here if you get the chance.

Fantastic theme park for families with younger children. Well run with events through the day to keep you entertained with rides for all ages from toddlers through to teens. The food and drink prices are quite reasonable, not the usual theme park extortion and they do kids picnic bags for a very good £6.50 and serve good coffee too. There is a bar, brewery and distillery on site, so all catered for. Highly recommended

Fantastic day out. The only criticism is that we couldn't stay longer! I wasn't expecting to like the events as we went for the kids... HOWEVER! ... I was hanging off every word the man said. He was funny, informative and handled the animals and crowd well. As a family we went with grand parents, parents and children. All generations enjoyed the day. Lastly you could tell the animals were exceptionally looked after and enjoyed performing in the shows.

Great little sheep based theme park. Strict on the 3ft rule for children but virtually all rides are available for them if they are 3ft. Staff were friendly, not many of the catering options open during 1st May bank holiday but sufficient for the visitor numbers, would recommend.

We called ahead to check if this would suit an adults only visit and were told it would. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it at all for adults or couples without children. It’s quite a small space. We enjoyed feeding the animals and watching the live show, but overall we were in and out within an hour. The lamb feeding was very busy, and the rest of the park is understandably geared towards young children. I’d recommend it for families, but it doesn’t offer enough for adults visiting on their own.
