As an experienced climber, I mistakenly thought that I could turn up somewhere that I used to climb at before moving away & you know, climb. After 29 hours of travelling, really needed to move my body, so came during opening hours to climb. Had about 45 minutes left until close. The guy at the reception desk acted like I pissed in his cornflakes when I asked to climb, and made some excuse about how long it would take to sign a new waiver, whilst seeming extremely inconvenienced by my presence. I can understand being close to closing, but don't bother with opening times if you're turning people away during them. Hope that they figure out how to do better, but reading some of the other reviews, it doesn't seem too likely.

Staff was rude and not helpful at all. Me and my brother have been climbing for years but apparently we aren't allowed to climb due lack of experience 🙃 and was told we can't just turn up and climb but guy on the phone beforehand said we could without booking an introduction/induction. Travelled an hour with our own gear. Not good enough for this climbing gym. Would not recommend, staff just turning work away. Have done both my top roping and lead climbing courses but still unexperienced for these pro's. What a waste of time and fuel money.
