Absolutely authentically AMAZING!!!!! We really felt like we were there, back in the 90's running around with our version of Richard O'Brian - Buckie Blue Eyes (he indeed was awesome). I would 100% recommend - Note, you don't receive a crystal if you get over a certain amount of tickets in the some but these can be purchased afterwards for the memories 😊

Had an amazing experience here. The staff were very helpful, friendly and hilarious. Had great banter with them. I made an error on my booking date and they were so accommodating. Came for a bridal shower and the staff saved the day by offering us a slot later in the day. 10/10 experience. Would highly recommend and will come back again with friends. Shout out to dusty boots who made the experience fun.

All I can say is that we had an amazing time. From the first second of walking through the door we were greeted with lovely reception staff. A young lad in a crop top, very energetic, took us through to be briefed and was very funny which started the experience off very well. Then we met our host, named Dusty Moonboots. Wow, he was incredible! He played his character so well, keeping the experience energetic throughout. He was hilarious with quick improvisation and fast jokes to keep us entertained throughout. The tasks were difficult enough to make it challenging but not so difficult that we failed too much. If you enjoy the tv show you will enjoy this experience. Overall, we all came away so pleased with the experience having completed 3 tasks each and having a go at catching the gold tickets. I highly recommend and hope that the staff get the recognition they deserve.

What an absolutely fantastic experience at The Crystal Maze Manchester! From the moment we arrived, the front of house team were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful, setting the tone for an amazing visit. A special mention also has to go to Mack, the manager, who took the time to chat with us beforehand and was genuinely brilliant! So warm, engaging and passionate about making sure everyone had a great time. The star of the show, however, was Ricky Diamond! He was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. His energy, humour, quick wit and enthusiasm made the whole experience unforgettable. He had us laughing constantly and really brought the adventure to life. We were completely invested in all of his stories, especially those involving Brenda, his imaginary ghost friend, who quickly became one of our favourite parts of the experience! The games were brilliant, the atmosphere was electric and the whole team clearly cares about creating a memorable experience for guests. We left smiling, laughing, and already talking about when we can come back. Thank you Ricky, Mack and the entire Crystal Maze Manchester team for such an incredible day. We couldn't recommend it more highly!

What a day!! We were looking for somewhere to host our company's 25th anniversary celebration. We needed somewhere with a conference room and team building activities, a colleague suggested Crystal Maze as they had been before. From start to finish the whole experience was incredible. Helena in Sales was so helpful and made the booking experience so positive. We had a team of 70 people attend the event and the whole day was fantastic. The 'conference room' was stunning, the perfect setting to celebrate our anniversary and host the team for the day. The maze masters were another level, they brought so much enthusiasm and energy to the maze ensuring all of our team were involved and had the best time. The food was delicious, 3 hot food options, vegetarian and allergies were also catered for. Overall, I can't recommend this more for any type of corporate team building event. We have received nothing but amazing feedback from our whole team, including those who this pushed out of their comfort zone. Personally, I am already planning a return visit with family and friends for next year! Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable and enjoyable experience!
