I was SCAMMED & DISGUISED!! I STRONGLY recommend not using the cash machine to withdrawal money with your bank card, as money was taken out of my account but no coins was given in return to use on the slot machine. when I went to talk to 3 members of staff for assistance but all of them had a can’t be bothered & not my problem attitude! This was the first time of going to The Mirage & I can honestly say I will NOT be returning!!

The arcade manager , refusal to sort a complaint . Donna in o21 area aqused of using a machine in play then asked if I would like to see the footage and speak to a manager I said yes and then I was told the manager didnt want to speak to me and I was not aloud to see the footage ... machines unattended in any area 21 is free game weather they have money on or not it is common sense. Never mind that I did play my 20 pound then left to the normal arcade , I was happy to pay the money if I was wrong they didnt want that they just didnt wanna deal with the problem at all ... later I tried to ring the manager who put the phone down on me as I swore out of pure anger of that whole day 500 pound spent in an arcade to be spoken to like shit . Don't forget the customers pay ur wage

Was a lovely arcade, went during the evening with the wife to have some fun and let our hair down. Plenty of 2 player games to enjoy. Multiple machines to play to win tickets at the prize counter. (Some of the prizes were random. Like an iron and kettle) You can pay using coins or by having a top up card, however some machines state they take coins but only accept the card. Lost a quid that way, so be wary. There is a separate casino full of slots, a mini bowling area at the back and a bar for drinks and food. Overall it was a nice arcade, definitely been to worse around the UK. Wife and I, will be back to cash in our prizes.

I come to mablethorpe multiple times a year, and love this arcades, mainly because the staff over the years have always been so lovely and helpful. I don't recognise a lot of the staff this visit but they've all been nice. Ladies on the prize counter are always great, just really nice people!

Avoid Mirage Mablethorpe! On the surface a huge enticing arcade for children, machines in every direction. Below the surface absolute greed, we stood trying to get my little girl a prize on a very intentionally stacked machine. A man approaches and asked if we were playing the machine beside us, I said no. He proceeded to open the cabinet and push all the prizes back. I was absolutely amazed as he walked around all the machines one by one doing the same thing, I had to get a photo. Please do not be fooled by the aesthetic, this arcade is greedy to the core.
