Small museum but enough to spend an hour for free. Didn't visit the paid section. Has a cafe and nice outdoor space to sit and eat.
A very interesting museum, split in to several parts. The military museum concentrates on the history of the local regiments.
Visited here with a good friend, spent a couple of hours looking around the museum and garden. The various apple trees were a delight to see and we picked a few apples to rat directly from the tree, delicious. The museum was great with lots of displays and information about the history of the local area. Overall a great place to visit. Thank you.
We went with our 5 year old grandson and had a wonderful time. In addition to the dinosaur room, he was interested to see the objects from former times and enjoyed the interactive displays. The garden and cafe are excellent and the staff are very welcoming.
I stopped by this museum by curiosity and it was a nice surprise. Everything is free except for the soldier part which can be accessible with a Blenheim pass. The museum talks about the Oxforshire with some historical objects on display. It is very interesting and peaceful. Also the dinosaur garden is fun to do and impressive to see the real dinosaur paws fossils. It was a bit warm to explore the upstairs in detail due to the heat so I will come back again someday.
