Held our daughter's 7th birthday party here. Everything ran smoothly and the party table was decorated with a balloon display which was a nice touch. Staff posted a happy birthday message on the big screens which my daughter loved. Staff were so accommodating. Would definitely book another party. Thank you so much. Our daughter said it was the best party ever!

Been coming here for a very long time, and usually it's been an amazing experience, and actually it was a great experience for the kids. It concerns me that the business has reduced its staff count to literally 1/2 which means the service overall did suffer. Witnessed a large group for a birthday plus a large group on the lanes, And the poor lady running around, I felt this is rather unfair. Would I come back here again. Probably not, why? If I have paid a lot for a family day out, I expect the service to go with this. Hence me giving only a 3star. Owners... stop being tight and get extra staff, more staff to support great service, means, more returning customers, which in turn helps the business

I had my children's birthday party here and Barbara, Wendy and Gavin were all so incredibly nice! Their energy and aura was just so helpful and just genuine kindness. It turned the party from a good one into a great one!! Just amazing!!!

I wanted to score it higher. Really good venue, really good amenities and mostly really good staff. The woman on the bar needs to learn what customer service is and how to speak to people, good range of drinks for both adults and kids and good parking. Most of the staff were pleasant and polite as well as timely.

I had an amazing experience with Jade and Wendy at the UK Super Bowl for my daughter’s 10th Birthday party today. From start to finish, their energy and professionalism made the afternoon unforgettable. Both hosts were incredibly attentive, ensuring everyone felt welcome and involved. Their knowledge of the game, combined with their friendly personalities, kept the atmosphere lively and engaging throughout. They made sure everything ran smoothly and went above and beyond to create an enjoyable experience for everyone. Highly recommend them for any event — outstanding service, warm hospitality, and top-notch hosting!
