Simple to book. Needed to change time in the day and they were easily contactable and accommodating. When you book, you pay for admission and then pay for paintballs on the day. Very clear, no hidden surprises. Facilities: I’ve been Paintballing before so knew to not have high expectations of the toilets but they exceeded my expectations by having toilet paper and soap. You can buy drinks. There is somewhere to sit in between games. The overalls were clean and the masks didn’t smell. Games: The marshal was great, took safety very seriously. You don’t get to choose your groups it’s a random split which is fair. Games were varied and fun, my only regret is I sat back too much. Disappointed with my own performance 😆 We got 300 balls for a half day. 2 games in each area, six games in total. I ran out in the last game… because I’m clumsy and spilt some on the floor 🙈 I think 300 is enough for a half day. If you run out, you’re not being tactical enough. Overall it was a great day out. It’s not a spa… don’t expect it to be. Would recommend and I thought it was good value for money. Would definitely return!

**** 4 star for Fun * 1 star for site and facilties My daughter had fun, but the place in Watford is a complete dump and calling it run down is being kind... the toilets (and site in general) was like something from chernobyl... the female toilet didnt have a light so you had to go in the dark and the male toilet door was being held open by a wired in hot water tank that had been pulled off the wall lol

Had a great time. Group of 8 adults. Would definitely come again but some lockers would be really useful to be honest. Staff were all great. Very fun.

We organised my son’s 13th birthday and we started an hour late waiting for other groups to arrive. They had to go with adults at the end as a group did not turn up. It was not appropriate and adults did not respect the safety guidelines and rules. The Marshalls had no control or help the kids when they raised a concern. We had a few injuries and tears. It has not been the fun experience we expected.

The maps are cool, with 3 different setup... But it's run by kids, so not super organised. There are barely any facilities, at best you could call them a couple of shacks. Not possible to wash your hands. Not very well maintained. The kids had fun, but this place could be much more than it is. Especially with the price tag.
