Had so much fun at the wakeboarding session. Would recommend! I thought that 15 minutes doesn't seem like very long but it does when you're on the water. There was 4 of us and we got two turns each within the one hour. As a beginner it would be cool if there was a bit to the side where you can just practise the standing up bit while it's someone else's turn as that eats in to your time when you struggle with that at the beginning. Otherwise totally super experience, would come again!

WakeUp Docklands is an amazing wakeboard centre right by London Excel. I have been going since before Covid. They have two cables, a blue (beginner) cable and a gold (intermediate/ expert) cable with a variety of jumps. You can also paddleboard here and they have just started E-foiling lessons. The staff are great at teaching you new skills. This is a really cool place to hangout in the summer, improve your skills and not have to travel too far.

I had a great time for my first ever go at wakeboarding. The venue was amazing and the staff were patient, helpful and kind. The bar by the intermediate line had impeccable vibes, well prices drinks and great tunes. Feels like a hidden gem in London for a sunny day.

We had our 4th work event for clients and friends here and it is such an amazing day and is often the highlight of ours and clients social calendars. Unlimited wakeboarding, relaxed beach bar with music, and lovely pizzas delivered what more could you want. The coaching is amazing, they can get anyone up on a board and for those more adventurous they get you hitting the jumps and rails. They have other toys to try out like wakeskates, foils and efoils and all the equipment is there and ready for you. Changing rooms and showers are there too so all in all a great place and will be going back with friends and again for work next year.

The closest you’ll get to that abroad summer feeling in the heart of London. I work next door and honestly feel so lucky to have this place on my doorstep. The team are absolute legends and the energy is unmatched. You can come here solo and leave with a whole new group of friends. I brought a bunch of mates down for a birthday and we spent the day wakeboarding, eating pizza and drinking beer. You’re missing out if you’re not spending your summer here 🤌🏼😮‍💨
