It is not the most equipped gym ever, but the equipment is clean and well-maintained, as is the gym area in general. Staff are friendly and approachable. My only gripe is that due to the small size of the gym, classes taking place can mean that the area of the gym which contains small dumbbells, kettlebells, mats, suspension straps, medicine balls etc becomes inaccessible which means I cannot always complete my workouts.

Very busy carpark during evening when dropping off granddaughter foe SoundPop. None disabled people using the disabled spaces and nobody addresses the issue.

Friendly and helpful staff. Learner pool is heated and Ideal for baby swim classes. The changing room for said pool is a mixed space - no dedicated space for Mums and Dads to dress privately. There a couple of baby changing cubicles but these tend to be rammed with people's bags to ensure they get to use it when they return back from the pool. With upwards of 8 parents + children, there is limited space and often need to wait for space to become available. The leisure centre should encourage visitors to use the lockers rather than leave bags in the changing room which hinders others being able to get ready.

Gym times are a bit difficult due to school usage but that was explained when joining. Toilets are almost always blocked. Mens changing room is always wet from older people going from aqua to the offside changing rooms instead of using the pool side changing rooms like they should be.

I have been a member for a year, I love going to the gym as it’s so friendly and I enjoy going swimming in the evenings. I like going to aqua and dancing classes. Josh is great, he is always very attentive and approachable. He is always there to help, thanks Josh!
