Paid just as much as a zoo experience for my kid to use the slide and walk around in nature, which we could do anywhere. I booked tickets for the Dino experience which consisted of a few replica fossils and a tub with a bit of sand for digging. The marketing made it seem so much more. Not impressed.

Listed for the first time today and had a wonderful time. Lovely play areas indoor and out door. Great sand area with access to water, 2 zip wires, tasty pizza and ice cream! Very secure so no little escapees 🙃 they could run their little socks off and I wasn't having an panic attack 😂 Bonus we had lovely weather too. Great day all round and Will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful day celebrating mums 93rd birthday with grand children and great grand children. Lots of benches to enable mum and dad to wander, watch and sit on their special day. Staff could not have been more kind and helpful. New activities made the day even more amazing. We will be back again ❤️

Every aspect of our visit today was so well thought out from the parking to the schedule of the day. Every single team member was outstanding and i adored how effortlessly inclusive the whole experience was. My sons but pre diagnosis of a neuro spicy variety and didn't once have a moment where he felt he couldn't calm because it was so well laid out and the staff were effortlessly accommodating. Even when chuckles the chicken ( what a legend btw) accidentally made a loud noise he noticed and without any break of character or acknowledgement just started being slightly quieter. It was fantastic! Im so so impressed and i can’t wait to come back

Amazing space for kids & their adults. Everything has been thought through thoroughly - from the design / use of materials to little things like the size cubicals in the toilets / changing rooms It just works, and it was absolutely loads of fun. Everything we/our boy loves all in one place - almost too much to do in one visit! Well priced, an onsite café (full restaurant menu with a wood fired pizza oven?!) Incredible modern facilities, and all the staff were lovely too. On the list for coming back in the summer. Interested to understand what others in the reviews are comparing Williams Den to inregards to pricing. Expecting a facility, of this scale and upkeep, with however many staff per shift on 2010 £2.50 entry fees and £1.00 brews. Kids enjoying a day out with their Parents / Grandparents / Guardians or Carers... priceless surely? Non the less - Well done guys.
