My daughter attended Agility to celebrate her best friend's birthday, and she had an amazing time! She couldn't stop talking about how much fun she had and how much she enjoyed all the activities. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the party feel really special. It was a well-organised experience, and all the children had a fantastic time. Thank you to everyone at Agility for helping create such wonderful birthday memories. We would definitely recommend it!

This place is miles ahead of the similar sorts of options in York. The staff are brilliant, and genuinely look after the kids (and adults, too). They actually seemed to want to be there! Leon was excellent in overseeing my 10-year-old daughter's birthday party - he was fun, and kind, and helpful, and they thought he was great. Kitchen staff and others went out of their way to make sure we were ok. Very impressed - thank you!

We recently had my daughters 6th birthday party here and it was the best party she has had so far! Ruby from the team was sensational right from the very day we met her and enquired about party bookings. We asked for her specifically to host my little ones party simply because of how she handled herself and it was clear she puts the customers first. She is kind, bubbly, funny.. nothing seemed too much trouble and on the day itself Ruby went above and beyond🥹 A truly lovely girl who really knows her stuff too and is brilliant with kids! The activities on the day were absolutely perfect and tailored to the right age, all the children loved adventuring and pushing themselves in the park. The party room was private and a great size 👍 food got top marka too. All in all it was the absolute best choice for a kids party and my daughter is already asking to go back next year and its only been 2 weeks!🎉🥳 We will be returning often but a huge thumbs up to Ruby once again, she is a diamond 💎 xx

The kids loved it. They will happily come back again. However, we will not be. 3minutes shy of an hour wait for food and quite expensive. Upstairs was so cold we couldn’t take our coats off so went back downstairs to the cafe style area. At first it seemed understaffed but observing the staff that didn’t seem like the issue. They were all pleasant enough and seemed like they wanted to help. The facilities feel and look a little worn. We had pizza and cheesy chips. It was very good once it arrived.

I haven't used the facilities, im to old lol. But I have watched others. The sheer size of the equipment makes it worth while. The seperate nursery facilities are amazing Food from the cafe was not disappointing. For the admittance fee the children get a sandwich, drink and chips.
