My son and his friends had a really good time! Food was brought a couple of minutes everyone was in the room. Staff very helpful and polite. Not the first birthday party at Airtastic (trampoline before). Definitely recommend 👌

First visit to Airtastic in Craigavon. Having visited Bangor and Lisburn, we decided to try Craigavon, didn't disappoint at all, we did the bowling and the mini golf which was laid out perfectly, ideal for kids and the big kids haha. The arcade was good and have a good selection of toys to choose from with your tickets. There is a cafe, soft area for the young children. The carpark however, is max 3 hours stay, but when you go to Airtastic there is a screen that visitors can put in there car resignation number if you are going to be there for over the 3 hours, so you won't get a ticket, I found this reassuring as I was panicking about having to leave early to avoid a parking fine. There is also trampolining too, which is located just a couple of doors down. 🙂

Brownies had a fantastic evening in Airtastic Craigavon. They did 10 pin bowling and then had hot food - chips, chicken goujons, 2 different pizzas and juice . We had one gluten free member and she was given a separate and specially prepared meal. Everything was perfect! All the staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. They couldn't have done more. Thank you to everyone. We will be back next year

Absolutely loved the bowling. The staff were lovely especially the girl on the bowling/ golf counter, she was friendly and helpful. Brilliant being able to take a photo for your results board. And advice given before second throw was good. Such good fun! I would definitely go more often if it was a bit cheaper but just loved it.

I booked Laser Tag for my 8‑year‑old’s birthday party and the staff were absolutely brilliant throughout. They really looked after us and made sure everything ran smoothly. When the boys realised they weren’t enjoying the laser tag, the team were fantastic and quickly arranged for them to go bowling instead, even adjusting the timing of our food. That flexibility made such a difference and we really appreciated it. One small piece of feedback: although there was a staff member in the room, it would be really helpful if, before the activity starts, the children were shown the actual loading stations and given a quick demonstration of how to load their lasers. Seeing it in person rather than just on the video might help younger kids understand it better and ease any nerves. Overall, the staff were excellent and very accommodating, the food was fab and we still had a great party experience.
