Hands down the best small zoo I’ve ever been to. We were here for just a day with small child and grandma and we had just a joy of a time. I can’t recommend enough.

One of our favourite activities of the weekend. The animals are clearly well looked-after and entertained. The path is well-designed with, suprisingly, lots of habitats packed in to not such a big area. Great experience and lovely walk-through with the lemurs! Well worth a visit.

Lovely wildlife park in the botanical gardens, a nice surprise to come across. Some nice sized enclosures for the animals, a great walk through area as well. Arriving just as the bats were being fed was amazing to see them so close. Would definitely recommend and support the conservation work!

Amazing tiny zoo. Beautifully designed, and well maintained. The entrance fee is £8, a little steep for a tiny zoo, but it’s a worthwhile donation for a zoo with only rescued animals- it doesn’t feel exploitative at all, and the staff seem to genuinely care for the animals. For me, seeing the tamarins and the sugar gliders are worth the entrance fee alone.
