Unfortunately this garden is no longer the beautiful and calming place it once was. Overgrown and the buildings around the garden are in need of attention. The coffee shop was fantastic though.....a hidden gem.

This park is definitely worth a visit for other adults and children. Plenty of parking available. Great for walks. The duck pond is one of the main attractions.

Lovely park and very well maintained. Loads of scenic views and very good for some quite time and the ponds are well looked after. Even tourists must visit place. Only problem is bus availability. There are no proper bus stops in guernsey in the first place and it is quite hard to reach or go back from here. There is a cafe in the park with loads of food options and drinks. But if you don’t want to spend too much money i suggest to take your own lunch or packed food as i find it a bit expensive but food is tasty though it’s just personal preference.

Some people say there's not a lot to do here, and that's possibly true for some folks, but if you're after a way to spend a relaxing hour or so, it's pretty spot on. Apart from the ubiquitous children's playground and duck pound, there's a Guernsey museum and cafe for the adults. It's great for dogs, and you can walk around the park boundary in about 20 minutes. The main complaint I have as an islander is that the government hasn't kept up with the park's maintenance for a number of years now, so parts of it are overgrown and tatty. A shame, as it used to be very well maintained. It looks best in the summer, if you can make it then.

19.08.2022.I had a great time today at the park.The folk museum is currently free of charge and is great for children as well as adults.Read and learn about country life and it's history.I would like to think there is something for everyone.I spent several hours in the park and was time well spent.The park itself has a pond and the park has many trees and flowers,some I have never seen before.There is an art gallery displaying photos taken during the Covid 19 pandemic and some are very sad.The old man looking out of his window and being photographed by a member of his family is quite haunting,but they all are really.The photo of the boy who lost his grandmother.You will enjoy your visit here.
