Nice facility, what i can't understand is why these local authority run facilities dont allow for pay as you go use of the gym, especially as I only attend because my son swims here. Surely it would generates income, but no, you have to sign up, do an induction (yep been going to gyms for 30 years and yes treadmills haven't changed that much!). Common sense gone, it was like negotiating with an AI - which maybe is setting up how things will be in the future.

ffs been trying mil swim for past few days but absolute non sense staff. every staff has their own policy, one says if its booked it will be fine next says to book in by call, next says if there is a lane available it will be fine another legend says you need a pti at all times with you. ffs how do i get a pti 2100 hrs at night time ffs. staff should be educated on the policy please.

Shittest policies apparently have to book the courts a week ago but it’s already booked almost every single day even when you call as soon as the gyms open and when you finally book it once it’s closed due to court being cleaned at our booking time and also apparently when they tried to call us about our booking it was an incorrect number which is a clear sign of poor management for an big gym like this and poor hospitality for the users. Just an honest review been there before and never been treated right and about the courts they’re fine a bit slippery every single time I’ve been there which is fine cause it’s not to bad but it also shows how the management is I don’t know how was it even approved by health and safety.
