Lovely lido, very nice water and slides and everything, kids have fun. Just be aware, it was very very very packed, like very packed. And be aware too that people smoking and vaping everywhere ,in the grass, benches and whatever, people have no respect for their kids or other kids. I see it everywhere people vapes and smoke just when they please but its not nice when you do not smoke and try to keep your kids smoke free too

Excellent day, went just before 11am. Water clear and clean. Not that busy as the schools was on. Still alot of youngsters, alot of elderly as well. Had fun with the 3 slides as well. My only negative was the grass for lying down and take a load of your feet, maybe a tan, was dry and gray'ish. Otherwise I would have given a full score. If it becomes more busy parking may be an issue? We luckily found a spot very quickly 😎 Great day, lots of fun!!

Very busy during the heatwave, but well managed. 4 lifeguards on duty (although I thought they could all do with hats!) Enjoyable swim while the lanes were open.

Middle part of pool closed and people jumping in on all sides. Making the exit areas unsafe as people getting jumped on. People running around and pushing others into the pool. Did not feel like a safe environment. Could not use the steps in the shallow ends as to packed with people. kicked 5 times just trying to get out the pool. To many people and not enough space to swim, pool and grass areas Over packed. No safe pool rules around the pool.

This lido is definitely my favourite place to swim. Delighted to have been able to swim all through the winter. Staff are wonderful, hot showers and clean changing rooms. Super place to relax after a swim and enjoy the sunset. I would up my rating if the cafe did some luxury ice cream eg Purbeck, Jude’s or Hackney Gelato. Really appreciate all the new investment.
