Lovely zoo with great animal collection. Very well spaced so you’re not bloody shattered at the end of your trip. Lovely staff and reasonably priced food. Also easy to reach toilets for little ones or a surprise wee.

(Review from my son) Today I had a Junior Zookeeper Experience! Ellie was really nice and knowledgeable about all of the animals. She made me feel comfortable around the animals. My favourite bit was feeding the Tortoises. I also got to feed a Giraffe, the Alpacas, and clean a Howler Monkey enclosure. I think everyone should try it! Thank you for a great day Ellie!

Lovely zoo, even on a very hot day! The animals are all well cared for with their needs prioritised over visitors - ie penguins were not on show as they settled into their temporary home. Good array of interesting animals - from snow leopards to sloths to farm animals. It's a lovely size for younger kids - 4&7, but also had a fair and entertainment for all ages. Food provision was good, and even a face painter (£6) on the day we went. overall a lovely few hours there and would certainly return.

Absolutely fantastic day out. The park is well laid out, and the animals have plenty of space. We went when it was quite warm, so some animals decided to hide where it was cool, but we still had a brilliant day out. Ideal for families, you can take your own picnic too. We made the most of the UC tickets, definitely worth getting. We spent 4 hours walking round, could have easily stayed longer too.

Such a lovely time here. We have been on a number of occasions because we love the set up and although there is so much to see there's always more we haven't seen. The zoo is not too big either. There are literally a few steps between each animal enclosure so the kids are constantly kept interested. Food areas were busy but plenty of areas to sit and take a picnic.
