Had such a brilliant experience at Big Rock Hub in Mingston MK for my mum’s birthday. Lucy was the first person to greet us and made us feel really welcome straight away, which set the tone perfectly. Our instructor Beth was honestly fantastic — so personable, friendly, patient and encouraging throughout the whole session. She made everything feel relaxed and fun, and my mum had the best time. It was such a lovely way to celebrate her birthday, and the team really helped make it feel special. Huge thanks to Lucy and especially Beth — would definitely recommend!

I booked a tester session for 13 to 17 years old for my son. He loved it and wants to start going regularly. I wish a place like that would be in Aylesbury. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make sure your child is safe. There's a cafe with hot food, drinks and snacks, also free parking. Thank you for a great time 😁

Went there to do an introduction to Bouldering & auto belay as I am a beginner. I found it very helpful and gave me a good idea of whether this is something I would pick up, and the answer is yes. The instructor was very helpful and could answer any questions I had. There is free parking outside, inside it's very spacious and free wifi. There are changing rooms with a shower. There are also lockers where you just £1 coin for them to be locked

Took Scouts and Explorers there for a climbing session. Leaders had the chance to join in too. Fantastic opportunity for a team building exercise as everyone got involved. Brilliant place. Staff are amazing. Can’t wait to return! 🤩
