Our second time here. First my children came on an overnight sleepover with Beavers which they absolutely loved. My son was desperate to come back. So we returned for my son’s 8th birthday party with 8 of his friends. All of the children absolutely loved it. The staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive. We received a phone call the week before confirming all the details. The party food was all ready for us straight after our climbing session. They were adaptive when I had selected a pizza party but one child didn’t like pizza. Brilliant from start to finish, taking a stressful time for a busy mum and making it simple and easy. My daughter attended a birthday party here. I was really impressed with it as a venue for kids parties. The staff were great and patient with the kids. Very well organised.

What a fantastic place! Brilliant staff, great location and amazing experience. I'd never been here before but thought I'd give it a try with my children who were out of school for the day (not from illness). It was very quiet and they had so much fun! The safety briefing was short but effective and then they had so much time to climb and explore. The staff were so brilliant, so engaged with the kids, not just helping them practically but also motivating them and challenging them. We really got our money's worth! My kids want to come back in Easter and I want to come back and challenge myself. We also loved their social story about what to expect, it really helped my kids to understand what was going to happen. What a unique and amazing place!

We visited Climb Quest for my son’s birthday party and it honestly couldn’t have been better. The whole place has such a brilliant atmosphere — fun, safe, and really well organised — but what made the day truly special was the staff. The team as a whole were friendly! A huge shout‑out to Tamia, who was absolutely outstanding throughout. She was attentive, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic with the kids. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made sure my son felt celebrated from start to finish. My son came away buzzing, and the parents were just as impressed. We’ll definitely be back — thank you, Climb Quest, for making his birthday one to remember.
