Beautiful Building! Lovely art work. Gorgeous Tearoom, good selection of food. On a boiling day outside the tearoom was also warm. Weekday saw a gaggle of children from a school pottering around, but was still very quiet.

Really nice museum, free and rather well organised ! We spent about 2 hours walking around. It was just a shame that some part of the museum was in renovation / reorganisation. We also had some difficulties finding the entrance (recommend using a map). Highly recommend it !! it offers a lot of interaction tools if you wish to come with your children !

Went to visit the Staffordshire hoarde, fantastic exhibit, well curated and fun for the whole family! Plenty of other great exhibits to see too, and the cafe is just a gorgeous place to be. Proud to be a Brummie.

Its free to visit but I would recommend to donate. Kids loved it, parking is a bit challenge. We parked at Navigation street car park( under the bridge). Visitors can easily spend a half day going through each of the art work (this would be a challenge with kids). The musuem has 2-3floors, lifts accessible. The staff were very friendly and advised to use tap and listen pods. Gas Hall is a ticketed entey £10/Pp(approx.)

An interesting and educational day out for all. Admission is free, and you can make a donation. It is located in the centre of Birmingham City Centre near to Victoria Square. The museum offers a fascinating look in the history of Birmingham and there are regular exhibitions that the museum run such as the Ozzy Osbourne display. There is a gift-shop near to the entrance of the museum that sell interesting trinkets, jewellery and cards. The museum also hosts a tearoom on the ground floor offering food and drink and has a large seating to relax.
