We visited here for the Krazy Klimb and it was great. Nathan is a natural with the kids. He made my little ones comfortable, had a joke with them and above all, made them feel safe. He needs a pay rise just for his super high patience level!!! The soft play was fine. The food is what it is, fast food. The staff were hit and miss. I had one very rude young man but the girl who served me after him was a sweetheart. We would visit again as its fantastic value for money. The booking system was a bit tricky, but hopefully that will get sorted soon.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Truly Exceptional Experience – Above and Beyond Service! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible service we received at this bowling alley. From the moment we arrived, the gentleman on duty (whose name I sadly didn’t catch) went above and beyond in every possible way. It was clear he was juggling multiple responsibilities, yet he treated us with such warmth, patience, and genuine kindness that it completely transformed our day. We brought our son Noah, who is autistic, has ADHD, and is homeschooled due to social challenges. This was Noah’s very first bowling experience, and it was extra special because we were celebrating his 8th birthday. The staff member took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us choose the most cost-effective option so Noah could enjoy both bowling and the Playtowers soft play area. His thoughtfulness was remarkable. What truly touched us was how he engaged with Noah. Noah is hyperverbal, has a fast external monologue, and a stammer—traits that often lead to him being ignored in other places, leaving him feeling hurt. But this man listened intently, responded kindly, and made Noah feel heard and valued. That alone meant the world to us. After bowling and Playtowers, Noah wanted to try the American Diner (Sliders). Although it wasn’t open until later, the gentleman offered to prepare something for Noah anyway—despite being so busy! We declined because we didn’t want to add to his workload, but the fact that he offered speaks volumes about his character and dedication. As someone who also has autism and ADHD, I often struggle to express gratitude face-to-face, so I wanted to come here and shout from the rooftops: this man is a true gem! His kindness, patience, and humanity made Noah’s birthday unforgettable. We will absolutely return to experience Sliders when it’s open, and we hope this review gives him the recognition he deserves. Thank you for making our day so special. You didn’t just provide a service—you created a memory we will cherish forever. 💖

Big play area, nice staff. Holiday alone with 2 kids and hubby working and this place was great fun for them. Play area and bowling for less than £30! Ideal family day out if you do more than 1 activity

James and myself (Gena) from South Lincolnshire Mini Owners Club love to bring our Minis to Boston Bowl car night on the last Thursday of each month. Malc and staff have made us feel very welcome. On our most recent visit, James and my son, Kiran enjoyed bowling and a game of pool whilst I was chatting outside to the fellas we have got to know there. I was so pleased to see Malc's racing Mini parked on the front. I shall bring it a car sticker next time :)
