Dirty changing rooms they smelled awful. The pool wasn't clean. The whole place needs a revamp and separate showers for male and females. The pool and changing rooms need upkeeping more efficiently, it wasn't even busy.The only good thing was the lady in reception who was lovely. I will not return unless refurbished.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited Bramcote Leisure Centre today and somehow managed to swim 1,800 metres without being rescued, so I consider that a tremendous success. The pool was clean, the facilities were great, and the staff were friendly. Even better, nobody questioned why a fully grown adult was counting lengths like they were trying to crack the Enigma code. By the end I'd swallowed just enough pool water to top up my daily minerals, overtaken three people who were clearly training for the World Championships in Slow Lane Etiquette, and spent the last 200 metres negotiating with my arms to continue working. I emerged looking less like an Olympic swimmer and more like a damp seal that had made some questionable life choices. Excellent facilities, a great atmosphere, and a cracking place to swim. Now, if they could just install a moving walkway back to the changing rooms for people whose legs have officially resigned, it'd be perfect. Five stars. My watch says I "performed well." My shoulders have submitted a formal complaint.

The swim lessons are great but the customer service is horrendous. I've been having problems logging in to the portal and when trying to call, no one ever answers the phone. How can you have one person on reception on the weekend? They really have to sort it out!

Just been swimming this morning for social distance swim, the place was very organised one-way system. You wait outside before your bookes time slot. They also take your temperature on the way in. Book your place online by the website again really simple to do. You don't put your stuff in a locker, they have a designated bag drop on the poolside. To ensure the changing rooms are cleaned after every use they have a red and green sticker policy on the outside of the doors, you only use the green ones and then there's a piece of velcro on the sticker you turn it ovee when youve finished in the changing room then they know to clean that cubicle for the next person and no use of showers e.t.c. at the moment and you exits into the car park but I would definitely recommend going.
