A great day out for all. Friendly staff. A cafe and loads tondo. Great steam shed and 2 lovely train rides. The gardens are a must see. And the kids playground keeps the younger one happy.

We had a very good afternoon here. Well worth the £4 upgrade to go on the transport. Unlimited rides, we went on each train and the Gallopers. We enjoyed all, but the Gallopers were a highlight. It goes quite fast too. Highly recommend. Very interesting museum, lots of steam machines, interesting history and a dad's army exhibit. 2 engine sheds full to mooch round as well. A kids section with toy trains. Gardens are beautiful and we had a lovely walk around. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Need a nice day as most of the attractions are outside

Smashing place with working steam engines, special event 1940's day, Dad's Army Appreciation Society from Thetford were there and there is a permanent exhibition with focus on the vehicles used. Lovely gardens if you are not a steam geek

Great place to visit as a group, by your self, or with the family, the train rides are a peaceful trip around the estate, lots of trains to see in the sheds and work shops, plus don't forget to have a look in the Dad's Army hanger, and take a walk around the gardens, they is also a big garden centre next door aswell.

1st return here in 30 years since my parents last bought me here. Visited for santa (presents were great) well worth the money. Kids loved the ride on the steam train and the carousel. Didn't get to see as much as wanted as time was running out. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here though. Only downfall is i wasnt given or offered a map or guide so didn't know what else to see or where else to go. Im sure i remember from past visits egine sheds but didnt find them today. Will be exploring here again, maybe in the summer.
