Had a great experience today with my family the vibes were great ,especially the customer service a great employee named Ajay helped us dearly today he was patient with us and understood everything he even took care of my little brother who spilled juice on him self, gave him a replacement fruit shoot. overall an amazing experience and amazing customer service by Ajay definitely recommend coming back again

Excellent service! All the staff members were incredibly helpful. We purchased a family pack for an hour, but because we had several game sticks left and time was running out, the staff kindly added extra time for us free of charge. We really appreciated the gesture and had a great experience. Highly recommended!

My son had his 11th birthday party here on the 18th of april. At first I wasn't too sure on what to expect. There were supposed to be 11 kids in all but due to circumstances they were unable to attend. So two adults stepped in, all the kids and the two adults really enjoyed there time on the laser quest. The two adults enjoyed it more I think. I liked the way you get a score card at the end of each session. We did not feel rushed or unwelcome. It was perfect. Drinks were refilled without being asked. Kids loved there goodie bags. All was cleaned up so we left the place in pretty much how we seen it. We did have to wait for about ten minutes but that was because we was early. You have to sign in at the reception for the parking.

Thanks to all the staff. Visited here with two little ones and two adults. We spent about three hours here. Had 3 games of laser quest. The kids had great fun. And it tired them very well! was asleep in the car on the way back. Also we had a game of bowling then played in the arcade and on the pool table. Overall cant thank the staff enough for a good experience, especially the girls in the laser quest. I forgot there names but give them a pay rise!! 😉🤣 thanks for the maoams. We will be back one day. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally complain about a recent experience booking bowling at your venue. Your website advertises unlimited bowling at £12.50 per person. At no point online does it state that there is a minimum number of individuals required for a booking, nor does it explain that a single child would be charged £25. This information is also not quoted anywhere within your published terms and conditions. Due to the lack of clarity online, I had no option but to call to proceed with the booking. I was then informed that I would be required to pay £25 for one child to bowl. This came as a surprise, as this cost is not clearly disclosed anywhere prior to booking. I believe this lack of transparency is misleading and unacceptable, as customers are unable to make an informed decision based on the information provided. To make matters worse, when I queried this charge over the phone, the staff member I spoke to was extremely rude and unapologetic. I was dismissively told, “it’s the rules, love,” and it was made clear that my concern — or indeed my custom — was of no importance. This manner of communication is wholly inappropriate and falls far below an acceptable standard of customer service. Had the minimum number requirement and the £25 charge been clearly stated online or within your terms and conditions, this situation could have been avoided entirely. Instead, I was placed in a position where I felt pressured to pay a fee that was never properly disclosed. I would appreciate a written explanation as to why this information is not clearly advertised, along with details of how you intend to address both the lack of transparency and the poor customer service I experienced. I would also like to know whether a refund or goodwill gesture will be offered in light of this situation. I look forward to your response, many thanks.
