We had such a lovely time here as a family. I came with my husband and our two girls (3 and 7) and everything was just so easy and enjoyable. The place itself is great, but what really made the experience stand out was Lindsey, the manager — she went above and beyond to make sure we were all looked after and that the kids were happy and settled. She was so friendly, patient and genuinely caring, which makes such a difference when you’re out with young children. It honestly felt like she went the extra mile for us and it didn’t go unnoticed. We’ll definitely be coming back — thank you again!

usually don't write reviews but just wanted to say thank you so much to the staff today. The reception staff were lovely and got us checked in quickly and showed us where to go for the bowling and arcade machine tokens, we had a few issues with some games which the person I assume is the manager quickly came over and sorted I think his name was Jaime but before being called away he stayed with us to help our children understand how to play one of the games the were struggling with and then again when we had issues with our bowling lane came over and fixed it and found us some lighter balls when we asked he was clearly busy but came back to check on us before being pulled away by another customer. We just want to say thank you for your patience with our children as it makes all the difference especially for parents with children with special needs and for the kids we will definitely be back

My experience at Tenpin Star City was extremely disappointing and highlighted very poor customer service. While playing in the arcade, I inserted a coin into the Prime 2 dance/stomping machine, but the game never started. The machine simply took the coin and did nothing. I reported the issue to reception and was directed to a staff member on the arcade floor. Unfortunately, the staff member’s attitude was dismissive and rude from the start. He was speaking with another customer and told me to wait, which I did. When I approached him again later, he was sweeping and again told me to keep waiting in a very irritated tone. When he finally came to the machine, he opened the coin slot and said he couldn’t reach the coin because it had fallen deeper into the machine. His solution was essentially that there was “nothing he could do.” He even suggested that I should have used contactless instead of coins. When I asked what that meant for the money that had just been taken by the machine, he bluntly said it was gone. Even more concerning, he then tried to claim the machine wasn’t their responsibility — despite the fact that it is located inside their arcade and customers are paying Tenpin to use it. The only options I was given were to wait several hours for an engineer to arrive or simply forget about the money. The issue here isn’t the small amount of money — machines can malfunction anywhere. The real problem is the complete lack of accountability and the unprofessional attitude shown when a customer reports a fault. A simple apology and replacing the lost credit would have resolved the situation immediately. Instead, I was treated like reporting a faulty machine was an inconvenience. Very disappointing experience and not what you expect from a venue that relies on customer service.

Arcade to play with kids and also adults. Is a big space and you can choose between a good amount of games. As arcade you know that your money will fly really quickly, but your children’s only will have this age once, so for them is okay come. The staff is not the most friendly but is okay, and also the people sometimes can be so rude and don’t respect the queque or your time, but you can’t manage how the people act. But otherwise it’s fun, just think in one budget before go, and you only will spend how much you have ready in advance.

It's a nice location that has a multitude of game areas, a big lounge area to have drinks and watch some sports on their Tv's and a Karaoke place to relax with your friend singing some greatest hits. Great place to come with your family and friends. Games that you can play from a single player, two players co-op and multiple players. You can't get bored at all and prices are affordable.
