Good Games Good service but lack of customers so it isnt that fun

I will NEVER come here again!!! I came here with my partner and kids a while back for a game of bowling and arcade which was made via online with an overpriced booking fee! The website does not work half of the time and I had called several times to which the manager told me he cannot take bookings over the phone?! And on the day I had ordered a pizza and 2 fries which i was waiting almost 1hr 30 minutes for. I understand busy shifts however, when I approached the manager Andy Edginton he spoke to me in a very condersending tone and he said and I quote “if you don’t like it go elsewhere” This is very unprofessional from a manager which needs to be changed ASAP!. Don’t come to this place it’s gone to pot, none of the arcade machines work either ITS A JOKE!! …

Brilliant for the kids to let of some steam. Relatively good price for a standard game. Really enjoyed it and great for all the family. Plenty of room throughout the arena. Definitely going again soon.

Ideal place for bowling if you don't want noise and loads of school kids around. Plenty of lanes, good free car park at the back. Register your car or get a fine! Staff were very friendly and helpful and polite to the kids, who loved the atmosphere and food. Ideal alternative to star city to avoid the rush and noise
