I went for swimming lessons, when I was in. Year6 it wasn't a good experience it was filthy the water was freezing, and the swimming instructor were so strict I didn't like that I had a bad migraine and he shouted at me I also didn't like when you leave the pool you roll the lane dividers when there are primary school year 4s running about this needs to change because a kid could either trip and seriously hurt them which may lead you getting shut down or took to court they also could get trapped and fall in the pool and the showers where like a ice block make them warmer I also didn't like the smell of damp when walking in the exit it's extremely wet and my uniform got soaked and drenched very badly some of your instructors where nice but not all and I was put in the showlla pool when I could swim in the deep end I don't think I will ever come back it was horrible

One of the greatest services within the community. Great, clean and modern facilities, which include a pool, gym and studio. Staff are fantastic, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They honestly cannot do enough to help. Very fair pricing for membership and one-off payments. Plus, there's also a small cafe on-site.

Turned up on Thursday 1pm to use the pool and I have a membership, only to be told the manager had booked in a private event and hadn't put anything on the website to say the pool was closed and I spent money on a taxi to go swimming. This isn't the first time that the timetable hasn't been updated and I've arrived to find I can't use the pool.

Had our daughter's 11th birthday party here today, with 14 guests. They had the pool to themselves for well over an hour, including an amazing inflatable 'assault course'. We then had use of a private room, which we decorated, and lovely fresh pizza and juice from the on-site cafe, which included gluten-free and nut-free options. It was excellent - the pool and cafe staff were polite, helpful, attentive and thoughtful throughout and it was all remarkably good value. A well kept place and an excellent experience. My heartfelt thanks to all for making it such a lovely day for my daughter and her friends.

Use to enjoy attending as a family at the weekend, but the pool is really cold now compared to before the 'update'. The lifeguards are too strict. My son aged 10 is on a swim team and can confidently swim to say the least, however he was told he shouldn't be swimming in the deep end, even though he was with his dad, and told to move to the shallow end. No bad behavior from our part, but won't be back anytime soon.
