Very disappointed escape rooms are not cheap we have been to several. This was definitely the worst. We asked for help they said shout we did several times no one responded for ages and at one point we all ended up all sitting on the floor and steps. I have been here twice before but after today I will never use again

We visited escape room centre about 2 weeks ago and it was brilliant! During our experience, we played Guiseppes Dream and The School of Sorcery, both very different from one and other. Our host, Mark, was extremely friendly and made sure to take very good care of us during our experience so shoutout Mark! What a goat. The rooms themselves had very lovely sets and were intricate in design and style, we found Giuseppe’s dream significantly more difficult than Sorcerers due to the fact it was a non linear game. All the puzzles were great in both rooms and very clear what we had to do! To top it all off, once escaped, we were gifted with a stick of rock each!! Hahahah so cute and typical of a seaside town, will deffo visit next time we are in Blackpool

Had an amazing experience when we went a few days ago. My brother and I are very seasonal players and definitely not the most experienced so always very apprehensive as I have had a few which are so hard despite the difficulty. Thank you to the game master who was so patient with us and giving us prompts when we are knee deep stuck in water trying to figure the clues out. We would never have escape the room without his help. We played Giuseppe's workshop and really enjoyed it! If we are back at some point, we will try more games!

The Boyfriend and I are escape room enthusiasts and decided to spend the day doing six escape rooms. We played all bar the wizard room, and I have to say the theming of the waiting rooms were excellent. The rooms theming game wise was pretty good but some rooms like the tomb felt a bit disjointed, and we weren’t really sure where we were meant to be? However the attic room was pretty cool considering it’s actually located in the buildings attic! Puzzle wise- I’ve done nearly 150 rooms and I saw some very unique puzzles here which were very impressive. I do have to say tho some of the puzzles didn’t seem to tie together very well and you would often find yourself finding something that didn’t give much indication on what to do next. For example the attic room was the only room we didn’t escape and that was mainly due to observation- things hidden in the most bizarre places. But alas observation was never my forte! Unfortunately the reason for the three starts was ultimately down to the game hosts we did feel pressured to go back to back into rooms as it was clear the game host wanted to go home. We were actually told they wanted to leave early and if we could go into our game earlier. When we arrived ten minutes before our start time they said that they may have to remove time as they wanted us to go in earlier so a staff member could leave quicker. This put a real damper on the last two games as we felt over clued and simultaneously ignored (when we actually required help) it didn’t feel like the game host was watching us and she would often ask what we had opened. The clues also weren’t cryptic and basically just told you what to do! And after spending over £150 we didn’t even get offered a photo at the end! Pretty poor customer service and it was clear the game host wanted to scoot and go home. All in all the games are fun and well themed but the game hosts don’t really seem that interested in talking to customers about the games.

Had a fabulous time here doing the 90 minute escape. The actual set up / theming was great and the clues just the right level of difficult Time flew by with the odd hint when we were struggling. really friendly staff. Will definitely return for a different room next time we're near Blackpool
