Pablo you were amazing. My 1st escape room and Sherlock 2 was fantastic. So good we immediately booked again for Cardiff Castle. If you are contemplating booking either of these rooms don't think any more just do it! And Pablo our host was just wonderful. Funny and welcomeing. 100% we will come back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely brilliant! Booked Oculus 2 at Cardiff Escape Rooms for my daughter Brooke and her friends, with absolutely ZERO intention of doing it myself… then found out an adult had to go in, so Dad got volunteered 😂 Turns out I’m bloody glad I did! Loved it from start to finish. The puzzles were clever, challenging and had us all properly thinking. We didn’t escape, but I’m not even disappointed — it was that good! 🤣🔐 And I’ll happily point out that even at my age, I gave the youngsters a proper run for their money! 😂💪 Apparently the old brain still has a few working parts left! The staff were brilliant too — really friendly, helpful and made the whole experience even better. Went in as the reluctant responsible adult… came out wanting to book the next one. 😂 10/10 from us — we might not have escaped, but at least I proved Dad’s not past it yet! 🤣👏🔐

The most friendly, welcoming independent escape room business that I've ever been to! The staff are hilarious, down to earth and incredibly helpful. The rooms are a brilliant combination of challenging and enjoyable. The different themed rooms are incredibly immersive and beautifully unique, my favourite is probably press start for the nostalgic vibe 😁 If you're looking for something fun and different to do whilst youre out in cardiff, absolutely worth a visit! Well worth the price and if you bring a group of friends it ends up cheaper so it's worth bringing a gang 🙌🏻 Ive noticed that a lot of the very recent reviews are biased and based upon a disagreement between the business and an activist movement that have absolutely no relevance to the actual experience or the staff there at all. Pop down and have a chat with the staff before booking and see for yourself how friendly and approachable they all are, dont listen to the opinions of those with alterior motives ☺️

went to do the Oculus 2 room yesterday - was so engaging and challenging and we had so much fun!!! our host, JJ, was an absolute icon and was so helpful the whole time (even when we decided it was a good idea to shove the key through a random hole in the cabinet and lost it.... why we thought that was a keyhole, I'll never know LMAO) give that man a raise fr!! had an amazing time and will definitely be back in future!

We escaped from The Thirteenth Floor at Escape Rooms Cardiff. It was one of our favourite escape rooms we have done, the theme was excellent and we loved all the mechanical puzzles. Our host Ells was brilliant - she made sure we had a great experience and was very welcoming. We will definitely be visiting again to try some of the other rooms!
