I took 6 10-11 year olds here for a birthday party. We did Abandon Ship. It was excellent, well thought out non-linear puzzles with a good variety. The boys needed a fair bit of help from me and clues from the gamesmaster, which were delivered at appropriate intervals. We escaped with 30 seconds to go. What a fun time

I've taken my son to Puzzled Escape Rooms twice. He has enjoyed both 'Abandon Ship' and 'AI Apocalypse'. The staff are friendly and set the scene well before entering the rooms. Each room has been of high production value with quality props and every puzzle working as it should. Definitely better than some other escape rooms we've tried. The location with it's own free parking is ideal and quiet because it's not in the centre of Cardiff which makes for a very stress free visit. I can highly recommend.

We had so much fun! My little girl was a little nervous for her first escape rooms and they were very kind and accommodating! My son had a blast for his birthday! We did manage to escape and got to leave with some really cool mementos! Thank you! 🙏 ⭐️

We had booked Going Up for 4 people (2 of us have done a lot of escape rooms; 2 had only done a couple), we completed this room and it was insane!!! It was really well thought out - there was something for everyone to do at all times with different levels of experience, and the puzzles were very different to any escape room we've ever done before as it was quite techy (the tech was very easy to use so you don't need to be good with tech). After we had completed Going Up, Kevin asked us if we'd like to do AI Apocalypse - we hadn't booked this room initially as we'd seen it was a 'sit down' room and wasn't sure if we'd enjoy it. He took us into the room and inside there were free drinks and snacks you could help yourselves to throughout the experience. We really enjoyed the room, it was very intense and took a lot of brain power but it was awesome and different to any escape rooms we've done before. I personally preferred Going Up but AI Apocalypse is an award winning room and both were amazing. Kevin & Rhys were both very helpful and welcoming. It was really cool to chat to Kevin who has designed all 3 rooms himself, and the passion for what he does really shone through. We'll definitely be back for Abandoned Ship and very highly recommend Puzzled Escape Rooms.

Did an escape room for the first time today for our girls 13th Birthday. We did the abandoned ship room and I was so nervous as I have mobility issues and don't go out much. The parking was a dream, right outside door for free, the staff were amazing, Lio was so kind, fun and made me feel at ease and excited. They kids loved it and we escaped with 1 min 1 second to spare. Would highly recommend and we can't wait to come back and do another room soon. Thank so so much for a great time xxxx
