Hi Funstation Castleford I’ve always enjoyed my times I’ve come just want to leave an awesome view because it’s always an amazing place to come and always decent to win On claws haha which I’m an expert anyway ha I always email u and the staff who reply are always helpful like Threasa and Samantha like with the sanrio plush Samantha let me know when they was in machine which is nice ❤️ and many more as well are nice always love to come and shout out the place on my videos Female staff are always sweet and kind to me I appreciate they understanding my autism makes me smile. Also adding pics I have from last few years of winnings since started my channel

today i went to funstation for the first time in a while and i had a great time and the workers there luke and another girl unfortunately i can not remember her name were very helpful and also a laugh very good customer service will definitely be back again

Amazing place for every family and the kids loved it.so much variety got to give a special mention to Luke who answered any questions we had we will be back again very soon.

I have been visiting Funstation Castleford throughout the vast majority of it's existence, becoming a regular for the past five years. I must stress this is one of the best arcades to visit by far! I highly recommend you check this place out. I originally reviewed this back in 2017 (also as 5 stars), but given all of the positive recent changes, I thought it's best to revise this review. What is not to like? There is a great selection of games, of which all of the machines are quite modern. This arcade houses mostly ticket redemption games, however this is what this arcade mainly focuses on and to be honest, is done really well. Once you find the games that you are good at, you are guaranteed to win a good amount of points and the prize selection is so much better than in other arcades. With small offerings like just sweets and stickers, all the way up to iPads, games consoles, TVs, etc. and there is even an extensive online catalogue of prizes if you chose to save up, of which I highly recommend you do. The card system is pretty straight forward, meaning no need for coins and lots of paper gets saved on tickets, so much better for the environment. It just makes so much more sense. There are a moderate selection of other games too, including some video games (e.g. racing, shooting, etc.) and a selection of claw machines, that I actually find the payouts to be quite decent or at least much better than what other arcades have to offer. So all in all, there is something for everyone. Although the only one thing missing that I think it could do with is a Dance Dance Revolution type machine, as I think that'd bring a lot more people in. Other positives are I always find the place to be spotlessly clean throughout, being very tidy with a bright and modern look to it. Having recently had a refurbishment also helps tremendously. The staff and management are top notch too and I can't fault any of them, being friendly and helpful, always putting customer service first. I visit weekly on a Wednesday evening and Samantha and Alex are usually the ones that are on at that time and sometimes also Mackenzie, once again, providing top notch service. As previously said, all of the staff are great. The maintenance on the machines is top notch too, with all machines working exactly as they should. If you do have any issues with the machines, just simply report it to the staff and it'll be almost guaranteed to be fixed by the time of your next visit. Also given the location inside of Xscape Yorkshire, there is so much to do before and after Funstation, including a great choice of restaurants, a new cinema, as well as a wide range of other activities. You can easily make a day out of this, but don't forget check out Funstation whilst you are there. I highly recommend it!

I had an absolute blast with my friends at this arcade, where there is a wide variety of games, including down the clown and replica bowling! The virtual screen on the bowling after your ball has gone down the lane is epic and on the clown one, it suitably changes which are lit up after you throw balls. Our card worked efficiently for usage here, don't get some of the negative reviews!
