My son and I came this morning for the first time. I can honestly say I found our first visit very disappointing. The toilets were dirty and smelt strongly of urine, The tap wasn’t working, there was no soap and no hand sanitizer and no toilet paper. The coffee machine in the cafe area was broken it was cold in the seating area and areas of the place looked dirty and run down. Unfortunately this was very disappointing for our first visit and it’s unlikely we will be returning anytime soon.

This was my first time visiting Gravity social after my wife visited the day before with a works night out. It was just myself, my wife and 2 sons aged 16 and 23. We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We had an hour playing darts which was fantastic as you do not need to be good at darts to enjoy yourself with lots of different games to choose from. You just need to be able to hit the dart board which most people should be capable of. The staff were friendly and efficient. As I was not driving I made use of the 2 pint steins from the bar, the deal for 2 x 2 pint steins of draught drinks is quite reasonable. I personally had a fantastic visit and will definitely be returning for more fun.

Interesting place. I've drank in many "dives" over the years but this was a next level dive. Upon walking innit was like walking into a freezer. Staff dressed in fleeces and most customers had their coats on. The toilet area is shared, the male toilets adjacent to the female toilets often had doors left open whilst they use the toilet which is unpleasant, several toilets were flooded, toilet roll unusable and just unsanitary in general. The smell was awful. The dart boards had technical issues with darts not working when thrown. when leaving just after 10pm a young child circa 9 years old accompanied an adult as they sat to drink 2 pint of lager. Not an appropriate environment on a Saturday night after 10pm for a young child and suspect it may even break their licensing laws. The only positive is that the Staff were lovely, polite and friendly.

We had our works Xmas party here last night. We played darts, shuffleboard, food and the 3 hour open bar. We had a brilliant time there was 16 of us and they have all commented on what a good night they all had. They even had live music on which was fantastic. Really happy with finding this place and hopefully they have the same on next year as we will definitely be booking again. The staff were absolutely brilliant with us and they couldn’t do enough to help all very friendly and nice. I would like to say Liv was fantastic she was on hand to help all the time and she was so friendly and helpful she made the night for us so thank you again brilliant night

Perfect Sunday activity with the kids. Nice and quiet which is what she needs for being a Sen kiddo. Weren't too sure what I was doing with the sign in sheet. But staff were helpful and patient to help.
