My daughter had a brilliant party here with the hire of the pool and a room with very helpful staff. The changing room facilities were modern and well equipped for us and the inflatable in the pool along with the floats were great for the party. Slightly let down by the position of the room for the party which was a little divorced from the main area but you can't really help that and we didn't mind given that the room was a great space for the party we had planned. Would highly recommend this venue and its staff for other people to hire for a pool party. Would definitely recommend a better parking arrangement and ability for the party hirer to take care of guests parking for the relatively short stay.

Love this place and easy parking etc just needs a good deep clean and a spruce up, looking very unloved and tried inside the pool and changing area.

To the manager. Please review the cleaning of the changing cubicles and changing area as there are some very concerned customers on the standard of cleanliness. This is no reflection on the Life Gard's and Teaching Staff ! .

Poor car park management. As a Disabled driver supposed to have free parking in appropriate bays. You need to touch screen with registration number which I did and still got £100 fine. Despite being advised by on site staff that I did right the car park bullies are hounding me. I definitely will never go there again and I'll tell.my friends.

The leisure centre is great but the car park owners are abysmal. I attended, paid on arrival and still got home to a £100 fine today. Shocking and I won’t ever be using this leisure centre again when there are others locally that don’t even charge for parking let alone give you a fine even when you do.
