brilliant gym, loads of classes and good pool!

I was very clear — repeatedly — before paying £45 that my daughter would be attending the Saturday swimming class. The staff member at the counter confirmed this and even told me she would attend the Sunday class the next day, then Saturday the week after. When Saturday came, my daughter was showered, changed, and sitting by the pool, only for us to be told she was actually enrolled for Sundays only. This was never what I agreed to. This is extremely poor customer service. The miscommunication, the lack of accountability, and the inconvenience caused — especially to a child — are unacceptable. I will not be booking any further classes here. Teme Ludlow or Hereford Leisure Pool offer far better organisation and clarity.

Showers were cold but overall great experience, parking was £1 for 4 hours. Very much worth your money. We did Lane swimming!

Friendly enough staff, however; Paid parking then £9.50 entry for a gym that's honestly poorly equipped. A small selection of equipment a decent chunk of machines broken. Then at 7PM apparently a fitness "class" started in the middle of the gym. I say "class" with the music volume it sounded more like a rave and there appeared to be about 2 people taking part.

Lovely staff, great gym with lots of cardio machines and lifting equipment. Gets a bit busy at times. Membership is a little steep, but probably worth it. The swimming pool area is so hot though, heating turned up to 11
