Poop in the pool! Was absolutely shocked... saw poop in the pool where lil ones swim, informed the workers and instead of closing the pool down, they just took the poop which was a lot and allowed people to carry on swimming there... we were absolutely shocked, and will make sure never to go to that pool again and will be letting our friends and family know about this...

I'm a member here. I love the facilities. The staff, GRX instructors and Fitness Factory staff are fantastic, really helpful, encouraging and supportive. Air Conditioning in the studios is really welcome.

Both my children learnt to swim here and one is now in their swim team so would highly recommend swim lessons. Pool is good for normal swimming and the gym is good as well

I love swimming, I love this pool. But it's so disgusting, why do we have to go through the regular changing room to get to the family room? Do I or my children have to see naked men? This is immoral, nobody changes their clothes in a closed space. It's not hard to open a door for the family room.if manager doesn't read this message i will share naked old man in this page u have to see same disgusting actions

Very filthy. I appreciate the staff here and the facilities generally are good. What disturbs me is a poo mark like this that has been on the wall of the ladies toilets for weeks. Hair and basic filth that has not been wiped off the walls. Dirty stained chairs. I imagine the private company Your Leisure makes profit from running these local services. It would be ethical for them to invest some of this further into the hygienic standards, more cleaning to a higher specs and operational management of cleaning - including inspections.
