I am trying to book swimming lessons for my son and the difficulty of trying to do so is unbelievable. I was given a email address to contact the person running it and I have been told the system is down so cant add new people. After multiple emails sent the system is still down 2 weeks later. I phoned and spoke to a lady that told me it has been down since the 1st of July (what is 1 1/2 months when writing this) and they dont seem to care what makes no business sense. I have to say I am surprised that they can afford to continue to employ the swimming coaches if they are not getting new business.

Honestly disgusted with this place. I myself am a carer and the state of the place terrified me. As soon as you walked into the changing areas, it smells of urine. I took my service user to the changing facilities and have attached some photos of what the changing room actually looked like. The floor was flooded (meaning the drain was blocked), the changing bed was filthy and hadn't been cleaned, and the floor also looked as though it had been a building site. After getting my service user changed, I asked one of the staff if they could clean it and showed them what the room looked like, and was told "We don't get to see the state of that room unless someone uses it". After saying that they would clean it, we went back to it after swimming and it was exactly the same as the attached pictures. I refused to get my service user changed in that one and took them to the studio changing rooms which were better, but still not the beat.

Went for the first time recently. Good facilities on offer, nice staff. However the place is in desperate need for a really good clean! Pool changing rooms and poolside at really grubby and horrible. The cleanliness will definitely put us off coming back.

Minging!! Absolutely disgusting! Changing rooms gross... Rude staff, bossy and unapproachable.. First time here. Will certainly be the last... Rusty steps to the jacuzzi, rust around the pool tiles, grime... The changing rooms are gross. The floor is filthy black and disgusting. Licker keys Rusty, and the bracelets on the verge of snapping with no tab to keep them on... Staff, when told the changing rooms are gross shrugged and seemed such an effort to get someone to clean it. No apology. Utter minging! The street is cleaner than that pool/changing room Do better!
