A mixed review: Half the cubicles don't lock, some of the lockers don't work. Hair dryer often out of action, toilets often stink. Cubicles themselves seem clean and showers are always hot, there are a couple of shower cubicles too. I have noticed they have lowered the capacity on lane swims of late though which is good as it was far too over crowded and you couldn't get good laps in as you'd have to pace with others doing their laps. Some people lane hog.

Very poor customer service compared to other health gym service available. Easy to login membership but lots of issues and hurdles to get out of the membership. Too expensive with limited service. Dont recommendable to friends and relatives.

Call out to the manager who very kindly allowed us to shower following an away match to Ramsgate WFC (their facilities were offline). Cray was brilliant in understanding our position, a 2.5 hours drive away following 2 hours of football. Thank you Cray, and team. Well done, Ramsgate.

I joined the leisure centre a few months ago and was impressed by the set-up and appearance of the place. It has good facilities. Unfortunately it is sometimes difficult to access them. The overall facility could be better maintained. Can be difficult to get into classes which are booked up two weeks ahead and there are very few during the day. There are two ways to get in a class: wait until the day and see if there have been any dropouts; wake up every day and book all classes for two weeks ahead then cancel if you don't need them.

Fantastic gym / pool, with a wide range of classes. The instructors are all trained on the latest releases and are knowledgeable and approachable. The gym is small and often not over crowded
