Turned up for my second time hoping to get into a new routine, only to be let down by no life guard being scheduled to work. What makes it worse? It doesn’t sound like a life guard was even scheduled to be in? Absolute shambles - to top it off I wasn’t even able to get a refund, instead a credit was offered. I won’t be coming back and wasting my time again so put the money towards finding some staff.

It's ok. A standard poo.l Pretty grotty changing rooms that more often and not smell of wee. The staff are quite grumpy and the whole place does feel a bit dirty and in desperate need of a spruce up. That said it is just a standard pool and if you want to just swim it is ok.

Smelled the drains coming up from the showers. Toilet seats not fixed. Nobody is allowed to swim up the deep end . Wasn't floats and fun. Really boring. Not what it used to be. Ok for very small ones. My kids were upset they couldn't swim up the deep end . Other pools better quality. Very disappointed with today's experience

Pool is nice. Gym looks good and staff so friendly. The reason for the missing star is because i don't like the showers. Temp is someimes too hot and they are so close together. I shower at home

Good swim, lovely warm water. I can see it needs a bit of TLC, but a really good evening. I will return. I have now returned, and the building is getting the TLC, a little way to go, but looking very good.
