Soft play: Used the soft play on Friday, it's a hidden gem and was not very busy, they have great air conditioning so that it is nice and cool, definitely needed this summer. Baby swimming lessons: Just had our first baby swimming lesson. Showers were a little bit hot for a baby but changing rooms were all clean and were being cleaned while we visited. Pool was nice temperature and clean. Instructor was friendly and welcoming, can't wait for our next lesson

Terrible 👎 The Overall gym was fine but my cancellation experience was horrible and stripped of 60£. We had the membership which had a 30 day in advance cancellation which was fine but hers what was bad. My son went by himself to cancel the membership and filled a form and signed a signature and cancelled. However we expected for another 30£ charge to come out because of the 30 days notice cancellation policy. But second month passed and I got charged again. Went to talk to receptionist same day and she said there was no cancellation. We said we did and she said there should have been a confirmation email which I hadn’t received. After We fill the form out again and she tells us that we’ll be charger another 30£ because of the same policy which is outrageous! Could have tried a little harder to try a solution and get my 60£ back! Kingswood if you’re reading this please get back to me!

I’ve been using Kingswood Leisure Centre for more than 18 years now, and it’s always been a great place for sports and fitness. Over the years, I’ve played indoor football, used the swimming pool on several occasions, and now regularly play badminton here. The facilities are well maintained, and the environment is always welcoming. It’s a fantastic community leisure centre with something for everyone. Highly recommended!

The sports hall floor is in very poor condition. I don’t understand how Health & Safety haven’t picked up on this yet. It feels like the centre won’t replace it until someone gets seriously hurt. Probably one of the worst court I’ve seen in Bristol!

We decided to visit Kingswood leisure centre on a Sunday afternoon for the diving board session. It's really cheap for a great afternoon indoor swimming and it's never too busy. On this visit only the 1 and 3 meter boards were open, but that didn't dampen our spirits and off we went for some diving fun. You can feel relaxed as lifeguards are always on duty and the diving area is sectioned off to prevent wayward swimmers. There is good access for wheelchair users and there is a nice viewing area for spectators. There are also plenty of vending machines for refreshments.
