We had our daughter’s 4th birthday party here and it was such a magical afternoon for her and her friends! The farm experience part of the party was amazing - Peter our farm guide was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. He did an excellent job navigating 15 kids around the animals and teaching them how to safely feed and stroke the alpacas, pigs, goats, rabbits and chickens. The children (and adults) had a blast! The highlight was our encounter with the baby alpacas, including bottle feeding baby Olive. The children even got to look for eggs in the chicken coop and bring home a farm fresh egg each! The party portion of the party was fab as well - the two party rooms (including one full of toys) provided great space to play and eat. The party spread catered by the cafe staff was delicious, and they even helped us cut the cake and package it into the party bags. They even made the party bags for us! We’d give the entire experience a 10/10 - it’s a full service party venue (all we had to do was show up with a cake!) and we loved that the animal encounters were educational and fun. Our daughter and her friends had a fabulous time. Thank you Mayfield Alpacas!

Thank you to Chris and all his team. We had a great moment feeding and touching the animal. The alpacas, goats, and ponies are so cute. And what luck—there were lots of baby alpacas. The place is so beautiful and peacefull. We have already been here twice and will gladly come back. The meal was very good, fresh, and quick.

Lovely farm. Chill vibes. Easy route around to see the animals. Nice cafe with toasties jacket spuds and freshly cooked pizzas and a selection of cake.

It's a good place to recharge ourselves. There are some playgrounds over there. With kids, it's a nice place to visit on the weekend, but the total visit only takes 3-5 hours maximum.

Had a fantastic time at Mayfield Alpaca Farm. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All the animals look well cared for and have plenty of space. I highly recommend the 1.5 hour experience with the alpacas. Peter was an excellent guide, very pleasant and knowledgeable about all the animals.
