Murlough Beach, nestled within the Murlough National Nature Reserve, is a hidden gem on the Northern Irish coast. The expansive sandy beach stretches for miles, offering a serene and peaceful escape. The golden sands are perfect for sunbathing, building sandcastles, or simply enjoying a leisurely stroll. While the beach itself is a highlight, the surrounding dunes and wildlife add to the allure. The dunes offer a unique landscape to explore, with paths winding through the sand and vegetation. Keep your eyes peeled for a variety of birdlife, including nesting seabirds during the breeding season. Facilities: Car Park: There's a car park on site with £5/day, which is free for National Trust members. Time is 08:00am to 07:00pm. Toilets: Public toilets are available in the car park.
