Really wonderful facility that both my child and I enjoy visiting. Main reason for leaving the review today is to shout out Hector. He was extremely helpful not just with my child but with everyone who was in his area. Really made the experience even better today.

Bathrooms seem to be unfinished, the purple floored room looks a literal biohazard. I came a while back and noticed what I think was feces and urine coming down the walls from pipes and when I came in recently(a few months after the last time I’d been) with my child expanding foam was put into them to block it I suppose. This is so unsafe and actually quite disgusting considering this place is clearly aimed at children. And a note to whoever did that- it will not work and eventually will leak again.The cafe also is at a low standard. The blonde girl who works in there is quite demanding and rude to the other staff which is bad look and should not be happening. However the rest of the staff seem competent, polite and hands on with the children which I do think is good. However the pipes must be fixed as that is out of line.

I highly recommend this place for a birthday party. My son, Kacper, had his 5th birthday party this way. The organization was amazing, the kids had a great time, and the food was really delicious. I want to especially thank Hector, who looked after the group. I hope you enjoyed the cake.

Couldn't put into words how amazing the party was for Olivias joint 6th birthday party! The staff were brilliant and so attentive. Good was amazing! They were extremely helpful in allowing me to do alot of extra things like having a surprise character visit. Honestly can't recommend it enough. 19 kids came and they all left saying it was the best day of their lifes! Thank you again to everyone!
