Rude and unwelcoming older lady on the front desk. Other reviews seem to mention similar rudeness from her. I would suggest refreshing the rest of the staff on company policies too, so everyone follows the same standards for a consistent customer experience.

Outstanding gym! Perfect for the local towns Gym is very high quality and new. Sports hall is just a normal hall. Great facilities. The swimming pool is great size. Changing rooms could do with updating Parking can be horrendous

Rudest staff ever especially the woman at the front desk. Amanda her name is. always rolling her eyes and giving me attitude she even attempted to stop me from using the gym by claiming it was full but it wasn't and it was only after I told her this she let me in but not before she rolled her eyes at me and there was one man who was a swimming pool life guard who was such a pig to me. I'm disgusted at the disrespect I recive from these people.
