I am not one for normally complaining as I didn’t raise a complaint today but however my experience here was absolutely awful and not worth a single penny. The food was overpriced at £2.50 per portion of chips. They was proper processed frozen chips that was cooked in a deep fat fryer and the price of £6.85 to actually swim there for a limited time on the wristband is ridiculous if you think this place is selling food appropriately and to a decent standard you must be joking. This is all I have for my review. Thank you.

We visited as a family group on Saturday 9th May. On that day there was a strange 'youth' who was grossly overweight and possessed of a very loud voice and overbearing manner who was 'holding court' and, in so doing, was frightening the other youngsters and plainly enjoying his ability to intimidate the whole place. With the generally youthful Wavelengths staff, there was no one capable of restoring order; and, in my judgement as a man of 70 years, had I attempted to do so myself, it seemed more likely that I would have been asked to leave, than would have been the troublemaker. Previous reveiwers have highlighted the reasonable prices and holiday atmosphere generated for families in this marvellous leisure pool. This really was like entering another world. The Artemis 2 crew could have saved a fortune if they had ventured, as we did, to Wavelengths in Nelson. Poolside catering was all one could wish for on a childrens day out, with helpful service and reasonable prices. Those of us from The Lake District will feel a strong tinge of sadness, at this, a functioning reminder of what the Keswick Pool was intended to be. To see the Keswick pool closed and deteriorating is doubly shocking, for me, now.

Visited for the first time in over 30 years with my 2 children. Very competitively priced for the quality of the facility. Long sessions with polite and helpful staff. Could probably do with a deep clean but other than that it's spot on.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and will not be returning. The overall standard of service was unacceptable. There were only two showers available for use, which is completely inadequate and shows poor management of the facilities. What made the situation worse was the behaviour of the staff. I was spoken to in a rude and disrespectful manner when attempting to use the spa showers, while others were using them without being challenged. The way this was handled felt discriminatory, and from my experience, it came across as racist. No customer should be made to feel singled out or treated differently in this way. On top of that, the available showers were far too hot, making them uncomfortable to use. The facilities were poorly maintained and the overall experience was extremely frustrating. Due to this experience, I will be seeking a full refund and will not be visiting again. I would not recommend this place unless serious improvements are made, particularly in staff behaviour and customer treatment.

Facilities were great and the applications of the rules were sensible so that kids could enjoy themselves whilst remaining safe. We did have to queue to get in due to popularity during school holidays. Star dropped because there was no info given to those queuing in the cold as to what the hold up was and whether we would gain entry if we waited
