We had our sons 7th birthday party there today and all the kids had the best time! Mo and the rest of the team made us feel like nothing was a bother. I have rang numerous times beforehand to ask quite mundane questions and no matter who i spoke to, they were always friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the karting and laser tag, all saying it was the best day. It can get hot up on the upper level, so maybe some more fans would be useful during the summer. Would def recommend and we’ll be going back. Thanks PMG team!

My 4 year old has his first driving experience here for his birthday. It was fantastic! He really enjoyed himself with his friends and the team - Shaun and Connor were so welcoming and professional. They accommodated our whole booking last minute and were helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. They both were brilliant with our little bunch of ‘Teenage Mutant Turtle’ riders and provided exceptional customer service :p The track was safe & the children were well instructed. As a mom I felt at ease. My family/Friends and I all had such a great experience and will 100% be returning. Amazing - x

My 4½‑year‑old was beyond excited for his go‑karting experience, and I’m so glad we discovered this place during our visit to Birmingham! We were thrilled to get a same‑day booking, and I love that they run separate sessions for adults and toddlers — it makes the whole experience feel so organised and safe. Safety-wise, they’ve got everything covered. Helmets are provided, and the karts are controlled with gears handled by the team, so you can relax knowing your little one is in good hands. While the kids are on the track, the staff stay right along the sides, keeping a close eye on everyone and adjusting gears whenever needed. Their attentiveness and care were honestly impressive. One thing to note: Google Maps can be a bit confusing. To find the place, head to the main road, go past the traffic lights, and it’s on the left — parking is available too. Overall, it was an amazing day for my son. He had the best time, and watching him enjoy the whole experience made it even more special for us.

Brought my 4-year-old nephew here for his very first karting session after spending far too long on those slow little ride-on toys at home, and he absolutely loved it. It’s quickly become a regular weekend trip for us. The staff are brilliant. During his first session he had a small crash and was understandably a bit shaken up, but the team were by his side instantly, handled everything calmly and safely, and encouraged him to get straight back out there with a smile. You can really tell they care about the kids and their confidence on track. I’ll definitely be looking into their driver academies if he keeps showing this much enthusiasm. He hasn’t stopped talking about it since. After seeing how much fun he was having, I couldn’t resist booking a session for myself and a friend a few days later. We’re both petrolheads, and the adult karts did not disappoint. Once again, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Safe to say you’ll be seeing a lot more of both of us, big and small!
